WoodTec Electric Underfloor Heating Mats
ELEKTRA WoodTec Heating Mats are ready-to-install heating elements which are produced in accordance with EN 50366:2004(U) + A1:2006(U).
Consisting of an ultra-thin heating cable attached to a fibreglass mesh and aluminium foil, the system is designed for indoor use and direct heating. It should be installed directly under laminate flooring and/or engineered wood.

How To Install Elektra WoodTec Underfloor Heating Mats
140W/m² WoodTec Underfloor Heating Mats
Elektra WoodTec is ideal for installation under laminate and engineered wood flooring, featuring a 140W/m² heating mat attached to a fibreglass mesh and covered with aluminium foil on the reverse side. This aluminium foil provides a protective shielding (earth) for the heating cables, (which makes this type of heating mat ideal for use particularly in wet areas).
The heating mat is 500mm wide, 2.8mm thick and will utilise 85%-90% of an area. It is possible to install two or more mats in a single room. If this is the case, then the heating mats should be connected in parallel.
