The ELEKTRA ControlTec Smart SMC is a state-of-the-art controller designed for managing heating systems dedicated to snow and ice protection. Compliant with EN 60950-1 and EN 62311 standards, it offers precise control over heating operations, ensuring safety and energy efficiency in various applications such as driveways, pedestrian walkways, and gutters.

- Dual-Zone Control: Independently manage two heating zones or operate a single zone with two sensors, allowing for tailored heating solutions in diverse areas.
- Sensor Integration: Compatible with ETOG-56T (ground temperature and moisture sensor), ETOR-55 (moisture sensor for gutters), and ETF-744/99 (air temperature sensor), enabling responsive heating based on real-time environmental conditions.
- Remote Management: Equipped with WiFi and Ethernet connectivity for remote operation, software updates, and monitoring via web browsers on desktop and mobile devices.
- Adaptive Heating Control: Features automatic adjustment of the moisture sensor’s heater output based on ambient temperature, optimising performance and preventing sensor freezing or overheating.
- BMS Compatibility: Offers analog integration with Building Management Systems (BMS) through relay outputs for alarm notifications and manual control inputs for heating activation or standby modes.
